Candle maintenance

Candle storage:

Candles should be stored in a cool, dark, and dry place. Excessive temperature or direct sunlight can cause the surface of the candle to melt, thereby affecting the degree of fragrance dissipation.

Candles light you:

Before lighting a candle, trim the wick of the candle by 5mm to 8mm.

When burning a candle for the first time, please continue burning for 2-4 hours. Candles have a “burning memory”. If the first ignition does not evenly heat the wax around the wick and completely melt the surface, the candle will only burn around the wick.

Increase combustion time:

1. Always pay attention to keeping the length of the candle wick between 5-8 millimeters. Trimming the wick can help the candle burn evenly and prevent the generation of black smoke and smoke on the candle cup.

2. Ensure that the candle is not burned in a ventilated area, as wind can cause uneven burning of the candle, thereby reducing its lifespan.

3. Try to keep the candle burning for at least 2 hours each time, but do not exceed 4 hours. If it burns for a long time, extinguish the candle every 4 hours, trim the wick length to 5 millimeters, and ignite it again.

Extinguishing candles:

1. Always remember not to blow out candles with your mouth. This not only damages the candle, but also produces black smoke.

2. You can use a candle extinguishing cover to extinguish the candle, or use a candle extinguishing hook tool to immerse the candle core in wax oil.
